Asia Pacific Marketing Specialist, Food & Nutrition
The opportunity
Actively contribute to the growth of the business and profitability of Azelis Asia Pacific. Creative, resourceful and driven, you will align business priorities and trend insights to shape and execute the marketing strategy of your market segment across Asia Pacific. Acting as a key link between business development, innovation, and the local sales organisation, you will drive impactful campaigns and market plans that unlock growth opportunities and inspire our teams and customers.
Main Accountabilities
Your responsibilities will span internal and external marketing across both strategy and operations. Key accountabilities include:
Marketing calendar management:
- Establish and maintain the marketing calendar in collaboration with regional and local teams, aligned with business priorities.
- Define KPIs and conduct monthly reviews to ensure market plans drive growth, reflect category and platform priorities.
Content generation and campaign execution
- Collaborate with Innovation and Business Development teams to develop and deliver compelling content across online and offline channels.
- Generate and maintain essential sales documentation (e.g. product catalogues, application brochures).
- Implement inbound marketing initiatives (CP blogging, formulation library, email campaigns, etc.) with the Digital Marketing team to ensure effective content publication and promotion
- Support ongoing digitalisation initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers on the creation of content and development of Marketing plans.
Industry stakeholder engagement
- Actively support the organisation of customer tradeshows and webinars.
- Support supplier and customer presentations with the Business Development and Sales team.
- Participate in supplier meetings.
Business analysis and reporting
- Support local teams in identifying and leveraging market opportunities through analysis and insights.
- Develop regular industry updates and trend reports.
- Track, manage, and report on marketing activities on a monthly basis.
Skills & Competences
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role for the B2B speciality chemical industry or B2C Food & Nutrition industry;
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Experience in organising and leading customer events and trade shows.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to connect and engage with people of different backgrounds.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent team player.
- Creative, flexile, out of the box thinker, engaged, curious. Able to develop creative solutions with agility.
- Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with others.
