Responsible for\n overall FTTx Sales Achievement in the defined area &\n Regular building connections.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p><\/td>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible\n for execution of Key & Major\n Initiatives<\/span> in the areas of \-<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

a. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive distribution targets for FTTx as per guidelines<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

b. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Execution of channel management by covering gaps\n in market servicing, outlet coverage gaps<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead by example in strengthening user contact program by\n engaging with key users<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>People Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>: Review\n & Appraise performance against KRAs for your team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

  1. Coordinating with the internal departments for\n successful roll out of FTTH Connectivity<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  2. Responsible for New Order Booking & Installation\n of Customers in Connected Buildings.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  3. Managing business through multiple Area Sales\n Incharge & Business Team members<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ol>

    7. <\/span><\/span><\/span>To Identify and finalize the Areas in city for deployment of\n Network priority wise<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    8. <\/span><\/span><\/span>New area Roll out Viz Planning of Material and Manpower\n Deployment<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    Policy\n and Process Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    1. Safeguard\n the organization\u2019s processes and policies.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    2. Strict\n adherence to SOP and the defined processes<\/span><\/span>
