Aspirational Block Fellow

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports, including economic diversification, community needs, and socio\-economic profiles.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with local and national government agencies, academic institutions, and civil society organizations to ensure the technical support program findings are integrated into official planning documents.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with local administration in areas of health, education and livelihood.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Act as a point of contact between partnered organizations and ensure day to day administrative tasks are performed on time.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate meetings and check & troubleshoot problems as they arise.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the proposed solutions, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Represent the organization in workshops, meetings, and other platforms as required. <\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Education: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Rural Development/ Management, Economics, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Experience: At least 2\-3 years of experience in public policy, socio\-economic research, or community development, experience of closely working with local administration in areas of health, education and livelihood.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
