Assembly Team Lead(Electronics/ AI - Data Center)|Up to $4.5K+ @ EAST

Manufacturing Lead Behind the Technology Powering AI & Cloud Computing

Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily manufacturing targets.
Ensure products are assembled according to quality, safety, and operational standards.
Monitor production schedules, output, and productivity levels.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.
Prepare production reports and communicate updates to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Minimum 2–3 years of Team Lead / Supervisor experience in manufacturing or production.
Experience in electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or assembly environments preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Able to work rotating shifts.

Salary: Up to S$4,500 + Shift Allowances + Bonuses

Working hours: 4 days/42hrs per week, 12hrs shift, Permanent Sunday Off, Day/Night shifts
