<\/p>Job description<\/span>
<\/h2>The Technical Delivery Head / CTO / CIO at Stutzen Technologies will be responsible for managing all scope of services delivered by the Software/Information Technology operations, overall performance in accordance with established KPIs, continuous improvements and cost effectiveness of the operation. The incumbent should have experience working as a "Technical Architect.<\/span>

The KRAs includes:<\/span>
<\/p>Manage Global Operations & Delivery.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Client Management across the geographies.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Involved in developing and defining the Architecture Standards.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Create the required POCs along with the delivery head<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Street head all the Presales, Solutioning and proposals<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Responsible for the P & L of the delivery team.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Strategize and be involved with stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Identify and develop strategy for domain/CoE focus.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>Develop and articulate a clear technology strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Identify opportunities for technology\-driven innovation and develop a roadmap for implementing new technologies to enhance products, processes, and services.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Think, design and create a proof of concept (POC) along with the delivery and technical managers.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li> Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology team.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li> Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions that enhance software development and customer engagement.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Manage the profit and loss of the delivery team and develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Identify and mitigate technology\-related risks that could impact the organizations operations, data integrity, or reputation.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Communicate technology strategies, initiatives, and progress to executive leadership, board members, and other stakeholders. <\/span>

Qualifications & Skills:<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span>
<\/p>Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>MBA or business\-related degree is a plus.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Proven experience (typically 4 \- 9 years) in technology leadership roles, preferably within the publishing industry or related sectors.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Demonstrated success in implementing technology strategies that drive innovation and operational excellence.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Expertise in software development methodologies, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data management.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Strategic thinking, problem\-solving ability, and a track record of effective decision\-making.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations related to data privacy and security.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Preferred Skills:<\/span>
<\/h3>Experience with Java Frameworks(Spring, Spring boot), Php related Frameworks (Laravel), Good knowledge in AI, Chatbot tools.<\/span>

<\/p><\/li>Knowledge of rigging, electrical systems, and video projection.<\/span>
