1. Assistant Cook (Bakery & Pastry) – 4 Positions

Location: Dammam, Dhahran & Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 1,800 – 2,500 (based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing bakery and pastry products according to recipes and quality standards.

• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients for breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.

• Support baking, decorating, and finishing of products.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.

• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

• Store ingredients and finished products properly.

• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and waste control.

• Follow food safety and company procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

• Nationalities preferred: Filipino, Nepali, Indian, or Pakistani.

• Bangladeshi applicants are not eligible for this position.

2. Barista – 4 Positions

Positions Available

• 2 Professional Baristas

• 2 Standard (Basic/Regular) Baristas

Location: Dammam, Dhahran & Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 1,800 – 2,500 (based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other drinks.

• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and café equipment.

• Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer orders professionally.

• Keep the coffee station and café area clean and organized.

• Refill supplies and monitor inventory levels.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Requirements

Professional Barista

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a café or coffee shop.

• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Standard (Basic/Regular) Barista

• Previous café or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

General Requirements

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Nationalities preferred: Filipino, Nepali, Indian, or Pakistani.
