Assistant Boutique Manager - Amanpulo
Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant Boutique Manager responsible for leading and developing the boutique within the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Achieve boutique sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
- Build and maintain a high-value client database.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock movement records.
- Ensure boutique presentation consistently reflects Aman brand standards.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal product launches.
- Work closely with Front Office, Villa, Spa, and Food & Beverage teams to maximize retail opportunities.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly retail performance reports.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure that consigners are paid on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.
- Experience within luxury fashion, accessories, wellness, beauty, or hospitality retail preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
