ASSISTANT COOK

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting, and basic cooking)

  • Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards

  • Support stock management, including stock rotation and inventory checks

  • Assist the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

Job Requirements

  • Relevant culinary qualification is an advantage

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Able to communicate in basic English
