Assistant Cook

Jobs descriptions:

· Able to cook and assist prepare of food.

· Ensures that food is prepared and served to the customers on time.

· Ensures that health and safety standards with all food, beverage and equipment are upheld in the kitchen..

· Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

· Maintain food and beverage production environment.

· Maintain quality control procedures.

· Receive and store food products.

· Ability to perform all required kitchen assistance duties.

· Preparation of food like portioning, cutting and packing to prepare for operation

Requirements:

· Positive and approachable manner

· Ability to carry out multiple tasks and be a team player

· Relevant working experience in the Coffee Shop/Food Court is an added advantage

· Must prepare to work during weekends/ public holidays and overtime as and when required
