Assistant - Corporate Services

Job Description

· To assist with onboarding of new clients

· To assist with corporate secretarial duties

· Assist to apply for LTVP, Dependent Pass, Entry Visa Application, Employment Pass, S Pass / Work Permit as required and liaise with MOM to check on status of application and appeal.

· Assist to apply for Singapore PR and Singapore Citizenship where applicable and liaise with ICA to check on status of application and appeal.

· Support management with improving internal process.

· Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service.

· Other general administrative work and ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management

· Support the team with occasional ad-hoc tasks or errands when needed.

· Contribute to a flexible, stable, respectful and team-oriented working culture.


Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

At least 2 years and above of administrative experience preferred

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Meticulous, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
