Assistant Director, F&B Marketing

Our client is a luxury 5-star city-centre hotel in Singapore, renowned for its fine dining, chic bistros, and vibrant bars, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to a diverse and discerning clientele. The Assistant Director, F&B Marketing will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for multiple high-profile F&B concepts, driving guest engagement, brand distinction, and revenue growth in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 360° marketing plans across digital, PR, events, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and hospitality teams to design campaigns that attract guests and critics, enhancing brand reputation
  • Use market insights and data analytics to create targeted campaigns that drive covers, events attendance, and customer loyalty
  • Manage social media strategy with internal teams and agencies to improve visual content, engagement rates, and influencer partnerships
  • Monitor campaign performance and adapt marketing tactics swiftly to respond to evolving F&B trends and customer preferences
  • Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives by reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing
  • Drive revenue growth through promotional activities, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns tailored to each F&B concept’s unique audience
