Assistant Director of People & Culture
We are seeking an Assistant Director of People & Culture to join our organization in 6th of October City, Egypt. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for supporting the development and execution of human resources initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving employee engagement across the company. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance our people practices and contribute to building a thriving workplace environment.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies and programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent
- Manage employee relations activities, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
- Design and execute organizational development programs to strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR functions
- Collaborate with department leaders to customize HR solutions that address specific business needs
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career path advancement
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Support the Director of People & Culture in strategic planning and execution of culture-building initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management review
- Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience in a corporate environment
- Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and organizational policies
- Demonstrated experience with performance management systems and processes
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting HR data and metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strategic thinking with a visionary approach to culture development
- Preferred: Background in training and development or employee engagement program design
- Preferred: Experience in a multinational or fast-growing organization
