Assistant Director of People & Culture

We are seeking an Assistant Director of People & Culture to join our organization in 6th of October City, Egypt. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for supporting the development and execution of human resources initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving employee engagement across the company. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance our people practices and contribute to building a thriving workplace environment.

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies and programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee relations activities, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Design and execute organizational development programs to strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR functions
  • Collaborate with department leaders to customize HR solutions that address specific business needs
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career path advancement
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Support the Director of People & Culture in strategic planning and execution of culture-building initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management review
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and organizational policies
  • Demonstrated experience with performance management systems and processes
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting HR data and metrics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in organizational development and change management
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strategic thinking with a visionary approach to culture development
  • Preferred: Background in training and development or employee engagement program design
  • Preferred: Experience in a multinational or fast-growing organization
