Assistant Director of Sales - MICE 销售副总监 - 会展

Responsibility for assisting the concentrated sales efforts of the Groups and Events Sales Team and to extend that assistance to other professional sales team members when requested.

Assist the Director of Sales - MICE in the Management of the Department especially in the absence of the Director of Sales - MICE.
Ø 在销售总监-团队缺席时及 / 或代表其参加会议和客户活动。
Attend meetings and client events in the absence of and / or instead of the Director of Sales - MICE.
Ø 在直属领导的指导下,直接接收、审核活动及团队请求(包括潜在客户信息、招标书等)并进行协调。
Direct receipt, qualification and coordination of event & group requests (incl. leads, RFPs, etc.) defined by her/his direct supervisor.
Ø 遵循凯宾斯基团队与活动标准操作程序,涵盖从团队询价到签订合同的全流程。
Apply the Kempinski Group & Events SOP’s from Group Enquiry to Contracting.
Ø 确保会议室得到最有效的利用。
Ensure the ideal and most effective utilization of the Meeting and Conference Rooms.
Ø 引导潜在的团队与活动客户在酒店进行实地参观和确认。
Carry out site inspections with potential Group & Events clients in coordination with the Field Sales department.
Ø 挖掘潜在增效机会,以达成并超越团队与活动的预算目标。
Realize up sell possibilities to meet and surpass Group & Event budget goals.
Ø 根据数据输入标准,在 Opera S&C 系统中全面输入、监督和维护申请。
Thoroughly input, supervise and maintain the requests in the Opera S&C System according to the data input standards.
Ø 开展相关活动以确保持续维护生意。
Create activities to ensure ongoing maintenance of bookings.
Ø 制定合适的报价方案和合同。
Generate proper proposals and contracts.
Ø 在发出方案后的 24 小时内(1 个工作日)进行跟进,确保客户已收到相关信息,并澄清可能的疑问和问题。
Follow up on sent out proposals within 24 hours (1 working day) to ensure the client has received the information and to clarify possible questions and issues.
Ø 确保所有追踪和事件查询都已完成并记录在案,确保追踪日期准确无误,并按照《会议成功标准流程》进行跟进。
Ensure all traces and events inquiries are completed and recorded and accurate trace dates and follow up within Meeting Success Standard Procedures.
Ø 从宴会销售与服务部门接收交接文件,确保信息准确无误且已预留合适的场地。将客房预订信息传达给收益管理及电子商务部 / 预订部。
Receive handover documentation from Events Sales & Services, ensure that information is accurate and that appropriate space is secured. Communicates room block information to Revenue Management & Digital Strategy / Reservations.
Ø 跟进合同、押金以及取消条款等事宜,确保所有团队成员都遵守酒店政策。
Follow up on contract, agreed deposit and cancellation charges to ensure the hotel policy is followed by all team members.
Ø 提前与客户及运营团队审核并确认所有活动细节。按时发布准确的宴会活动单、团队入住简历、楼层计划、变更记录以及团队贵宾信息等文件。每周参加宴会活动单会议,将活动事宜交接给运营部门。
Review and confirm all events details with clients and operation team in advance. Issue accurate BEO/Group Resume/Floor Plan/Change Log/VIP Alerts etc. on time. Attend weekly BEO meeting, handover events to operation departments.
Ø 在重要客户的活动结束后与其进行离场访谈,寻求未来合作机会。
Conduct Exit Interviews with important customer after their event – asking for future business.
Ø 向凯宾斯基集团及全球酒店联盟内的其他酒店进行交叉销售。
Cross-sell to other hotels within the Kempinski Group (and GHA).
Ø 定期调查竞争酒店的情况。
Regular competition checks.
Ø 回顾月度业绩和预测,提出并执行所需活动,以确保酒店提升市场份额并实现收益最大化。
Review monthly results and forecasts to recommend and execute activities required to ensure the hotel increases the market share and maximizes its revenue.
Ø 妥善维护会议取消和未确认业务。
Properly maintain LOS/CAN and UNC business.
Ø 其他行政工作及可能指派的其他职责。
Further administrative tasks and other possible assigned duties.
Ø 执行管理层指派的其他任何职责。
Perform any other duties as assigned to them by management.
