Assistant Director (Youth Residential)

As an Assistant Director, you'll oversee all operations of the region's group homes, including supervising managers and staff; providing budget and financial oversight to programs; ensuring compliance with OARs, agency policies, and our philosophy of care; ensuring ISPs, financial safeguards, and other protective measures for the people in our services are followed; participating in licensing reviews and quality assurance processes; and related tasks.
Essential Duties
- Supervise and manage assigned program managers.
- Manage each program within agency-approved budget.
- Review ISP’s developed by Program Managers to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and conduct monthly reviews of the personal finances of those served.
- Function as Program Manager when coverage is needed.
- Ensure adequate Quality Assurance support to each assigned program.
- Complete state licensing review Plan of Corrections.
- Participate in weekly Quality Assurance meetings.
- Assist with new program development.
- Provide oversight for OIS practice at Group Homes.
