π MonβFri: 8.00am β 5.30pm | Alternate Sat: 8.00am β 12.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee daily housekeeping operations and service delivery
β’ Ensure service standards, KPIs, and contractual requirements are met
β’ Manage manpower planning, training, and staff performance
β’ Liaise with clients and handle operational issues promptly
β’ Drive process improvements, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives
β’ Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
β’ Min. Diploma/Degree in Management or related discipline
β’ Min. 2 years of management experience in Healthcare or Hospitality (Hotel) environment
β’ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
β’ Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding operational environment
