πŸ•’ Mon–Fri: 8.00am – 5.30pm | Alternate Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm

Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Oversee daily housekeeping operations and service delivery
β€’ Ensure service standards, KPIs, and contractual requirements are met
β€’ Manage manpower planning, training, and staff performance
β€’ Liaise with clients and handle operational issues promptly
β€’ Drive process improvements, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives
β€’ Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
β€’ Min. Diploma/Degree in Management or related discipline
β€’ Min. 2 years of management experience in Healthcare or Hospitality (Hotel) environment
β€’ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
β€’ Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding operational environment
