Assistant Finance Manager (F&B)**Hybrid
Job Summary
You will take full accountability for finance modules and cost centres, managing end-to-end finance functions and ensuring accurate, timely reporting and compliance within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for assigned finance modules and cost centres to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all transactions and reporting outputs
- Manage and execute finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, GST, and financial reporting to ensure accurate transactional entries in the ERP system
- Lead and deliver month-end and year-end close processes for all modules, meeting deadlines with high data integrity and stakeholder alignment
- Validate transactions on monthly and annual management reports, audit schedules, and reconciliations such as General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Governmental Surveys
- Maintain supporting schedules including fixed assets registers and bank reconciliations to support accurate financial records
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy at entity and Head Office levels
- Document Standard Operating Procedures and maintain proper financial records for audit readiness
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and participating in asset verification and inventory counts when assigned
- Contribute to process, system, and finance operations improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy
- 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in Consumer Services, Laundry, or F&B industries
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PivotTables and VLOOKUP in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing a full set of accounts; familiarity with Synergix ERP is an advantage
- Exposure to finance-related AI software such as RPA and Power BI

- Contract duration: 2 years (convertible subject to business requirements)
- Salary range: $4000 - $5500
