Overview of Position:

Notre Dame High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Football Coach to lead and develop our program. The ideal candidate will focus on player development, team success, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead all practices, games, and team-related activities.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for skill development and conditioning.
• Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and staff.
• Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic in student-athletes.
• Ensure compliance with CIF regulations and school policies.
• Organize team schedules, transportation, and logistics in coordination with the athletic department.
• Assist student-athletes with college recruitment opportunities.
• Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and school administration.
