Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

To support the Head of PBG Marketing in implementing its business strategy and marketing plan to achieve team target.
To work with RM to acquire Business Banking clients and generate revenue from Treasury / Wealth Management Products.
To generate investment ideas on Treasury products, such as FX, FX derivatives, fixed income, equities related products and structured products and customizing solutions to PBG (Retail, Private Banking, Business Banking) clients.
To give market updates and treasury product advisory to the sales teams of PBG (Retail, Private Bank, Business Banking) to drive sales revenue.
To quote and execute trades with customers, both internal and external.
To cover customer trades with internal traders.
To build collaboration with colleagues and cover key customers of PBG.
To drive teammates to implement the team’s business strategy and marketing plan.
To observe all guidelines established by Compliance in observance of regulatory requirements promulgated by the HKMA and the SFC.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
- Academic knowledge in financial products mathematics and/or investment science is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in treasury marketing to clients and handling treasury products.
- Hands-on experience in servicing customers is preferable.
- Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities and advising on securities.
- Holder of Certified Senior Treasury Management Professional (CSTMP) under the HKMA ECF on TM is preferred.
