What You'll Do
- Assist experienced technicians on home repair and remodeling projects across multiple trades
- Support work in carpentry, drywall repair and patching, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation, tile work, and bathroom and kitchen upgrades
- Prep work areas, organize materials, and handle clean-up to keep projects running smoothly
- Assist with senior safety and home accessibility modifications
- Learn to communicate professionally with customers on-site and represent TruBlue's standards of safety, accuracy, and quality on every project
Who You Are
- Dependable, respectful, and genuinely eager to grow in the trades
- Some hands-on experience in home repair, construction, or a related trade (1–2 years preferred)
- Familiar with basic hand and power tools; working toward or already building your own tool set
- Comfortable taking direction, working as part of a team, and adapting across different project types
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
