What You'll Do

  • Assist experienced technicians on home repair and remodeling projects across multiple trades
  • Support work in carpentry, drywall repair and patching, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation, tile work, and bathroom and kitchen upgrades
  • Prep work areas, organize materials, and handle clean-up to keep projects running smoothly
  • Assist with senior safety and home accessibility modifications
  • Learn to communicate professionally with customers on-site and represent TruBlue's standards of safety, accuracy, and quality on every project

Who You Are

  • Dependable, respectful, and genuinely eager to grow in the trades
  • Some hands-on experience in home repair, construction, or a related trade (1–2 years preferred)
  • Familiar with basic hand and power tools; working toward or already building your own tool set
  • Comfortable taking direction, working as part of a team, and adapting across different project types
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
