KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews for executives & below, the subsequent recruitment activities and ensure availability of all facilities / system access at the time of recruitment attend to all staff related correspondence
• Actively participate at KPI meetings prepare, maintain and update documents and reports, assist in carrying out activities initiated to ensure conformity
• Ensure proper employee database management in a methodical manner to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate or Graduate in Management, Human Resources or any relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
