Assistant Integration Engineer
Job Description:
- Conduct technical and engineering activities related to precision munitions and other defence systems.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, repair procedures, and engineering change requests.
- Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex engineering challenges in mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Collaborate closely with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize maintenance schedules and inventory management.
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and cost-saving measures.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Able to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and drawings for assembly and maintenance works.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person.
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others.
- Preferably with valid Class 3 driving license.
