Assistant M&E Engineer (Fit-Out / ACMV / Electrical) - Up to $4500

• Position: Assistant M&E Engineer (Fit-Out / ACMV / Electrical)
• Location: Ubi (Few bus stops from Marsiling MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience) : Up to 4500 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering firm

Main Responsibilities

• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.
• Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project.
• Prepare proper reports and documentation before and after project completion and assist in preparation of Operation and Maintenance manual.
• Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements; preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.
• Assist on Tender exercises and pre-con survey and update of As-Built drawing on site.
• And all other General Administration works as instructed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E interior fit-out works
• Experience in Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing or Fire Protection systems preferred
• Experience in project coordination, site supervision and M&E services installation
• Familiar with A&A works, As-Built drawings and regulatory compliance requirements
• Able to work independently and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Candidates who are able to start within short notice will have an added advantage
