Assistant Manager-Application Development-Backend Development

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with FICO DM and Blaze Advisor (or willingness to upskill).
• Strong backend development in Python (especially Pandas) or Java (Spring Boot, J2EE).
• Experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to decisioning platforms or financial services domain.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
