The role

To lead the Overall S&P Business Process. Establishes, documents and standardizes process across the chain.

The role is expected to partner with the Business Unit (BU), Master Distributors, relevant Sourcing Units (SU), Customer Development Teams, Leadership Teams to determine jobs-to-be-done and gather applicable learning for the Asia Expansion Market. Lastly, the role is expected to design and drive Governance for performance management across the chain.

What you'll be responsible for

1. Business Processes

- Establish, Document and Standardize processes across the chain while continuously finding opportunities for improvement

2. Sourcing Network Optimization

- Work closely with BU Supply Chain and LTCP teams in unlocking capacity and optimizing sourcing strategies

3. Capacity Interlocking to support business growth

- Preparing a long-term forecast (5-year horizon), taking inputs from the business on long-term growth ambitions and submitting the same to relevant Supply Chain teams for long-term capacity planning.

- Interlock 2-5 years capacity (long-term) with the SC team.

- Identify Unilever-driven CapEx requirements based on discussions with Supply Chain team and share these to the business and finance teams for appropriate evaluation and underwriting.

4. Systems and Capabilities

- Rolling out key IT systems for supply planning activities.

- Working with IT business partners to drive automation in the areas of demand and supply communication between different IT landscapes.

- Centralizing plan capability.

5. Performance Management

- Identify relevant KPIs to drive the correct perofrmance aligned with business objectives

- Design, deploy and/or lead governance for reviews (performance, processes, projects, etc)

- Supply-chain related KPIs such as, but not limited to, Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Business Waste, Days on Hand, Service Level)

We're looking for someone who possesses:

  • Business experience across Supply Chain preferably within the FMCG industry

  • Strong process orientation and documentation

  • Excellent digitalization reporting (Technical Tools capability preferred)

  • Knowledge in S&OP process

  • Strong business-partnering skills

  • Skills in Six Sigma and other process improvement tools is preferred

  • Strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Solid analytical skills, bias for action, responsibility and accountability.

  • Strong Communication and Project Management skills.

  • Strong team spirit, proactive approach to issues and opportunities.

  • Proven people management capabilities

  • Ability to operate through ambiguity

  • Agility and resourcefulness
