Job Scope:

  • Manage calendars, correspondence, and files.

  • Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks.

  • Arrange meetings and prepare materials.

  • Liaison with others, answer calls, and emails.

  • Handle expenses and personal finances.

Requirements:

  • Admin or assistant experience is a plus

  • Having a driver's license is an advantage

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong organizational and good communication skills.

  • Discretion, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
