  • Lead\nthe day\-to\-day execution of specific project work streams or entire small to\nmedium\-sized assignments for BFSI clients (e.g., FIs, donors, regulators).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Design and oversee primary and secondary research, ensuring methodological\nrigor in data collection, analysis, and synthesis of insights.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Develop high\-quality, client\-ready reports, presentations, policy briefs, and\nother deliverables, providing critical analysis and actionable recommendations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Lead the end\-to\-end development of high\-value, complex proposals and concept\nnotes for a diverse portfolio of donors including but not limited to: FCDO, EU,\nUN agencies, The Gates Foundation, and major private foundations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Work collaboratively with finance, MEAL, and technical teams to ensure\nproposals are financially sound, log\-frame aligned, and incorporate robust MEAL\nframeworks.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with a diverse range of\nstakeholders, including local NGOs, government bodies, financial institutions,\nUN agencies, and private sector actors.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting donor engagements,\nclient presentations, and market research.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory developments, and\ninnovations in the consulting domain.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Bachelor's & Master's in Economics/Finance/Business; Minimum 5 years experience in financial services in Bangladesh; expertise in financial inclusion/DFS/SME finance; strong regulatory knowledge; analytical, communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
