Assistant Manager, BIM

Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor), and they are currently seeking for BIM Manager to be part of the team.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

Assist in BIM Management and set up BIM execution plan.
To attend BIM meeting with Clients / Consultants.
To check clash report and presentation.
To co-ordinate built BIM for project completion to clients.
Co-ordinate with other discipline Architectural / Structural /M&E to develop BIM drawing.
Set up Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation and coordination (Tender requirements) so that office and site can access same data.
Mandate all (Main-con and Sub-con) to extract shopdrawing fromBIM Model. To ensure 2D Drawings and 3D Drawings are align.
To prepare template for Asset Information Model (FacilityMaintenance Stage) for future BIM projects tender requirements.
Support tender in BIM scope of works when needed.
To attend technical meetings when required.
