Operational\nOversight & Execution<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement\noperational plans as directed by the Collective Manager.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee\ndaily collective activities and ensure adherence to ecological and operational\nstandards.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\ntimely reports and highlight risks or delays in execution.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\noperational decisions contribute positively across all 4\-Returns.<\/span>

Labor\n& Workforce Coordination<\/span>

  • Supervise\n collective staff and field workers, manage shift schedules, and track\n performance.<\/span>

  • Arrange\n manpower based on seasonal and operational requirements.<\/span>

  • Support\n recruitment, training, and skill development of on\-ground teams with\n ecological and social sensitivity.

    Budgeting\n& Forecasting<\/span>

    • Assist\n in preparing and monitoring collective budgets for operational and\n ecological interventions.<\/span>

    • Contribute\n data for yield estimation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Make\n recommendations that balance financial viability with ecological, social,\n and inspirational outcomes.

      Vendor\n& Material Sourcing<\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Source,\n evaluate, and onboard local vendors and service providers.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Procure\n agricultural inputs (saplings, seeds, tools, compost, etc.) aligned with\n regenerative practices.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Negotiate\n contracts ensuring ecological, social, and quality standards are met.

        Inventory\nManagement<\/span>
        <\/p>

        • Maintain\n accurate records of input stocks and collective materials.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Conduct\n regular stock verifications to ensure optimal stock levels with minimal\n ecological waste.

          Maintenance\n& Infrastructure<\/span>
          <\/p>

          • Coordinate\n routine and emergency maintenance of collective infrastructure,\n facilities, and equipment.<\/span>

          • Ensure\n activities are ecologically responsible, safe, and cost\-effective.
