Assistant Manager - Destinations by Frasers V&A Waterfront
- Support the store manager in driving sales and achieving KPI's
<\/li> - Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer services
<\/li> - Motivate and guide the team during shifts
<\/li> - Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin
<\/li> - Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties
<\/li> - Build relationships with customers, travel enthusiasts
<\/li> - Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer experience excellence

- Previous retail experience<\/b>, 1\-3 years (preferable store manager experience in outdoor, travel or lifestyle)
<\/li>- Strong sales ability and customer\-service mindset
<\/li>- Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial
<\/li>- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
