YOUR MISSION
Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Operations, reporting to Teamhead of E-commerce, has the primary objective to support day-to-day e-commerce operations & sales to reach the ambitious target via different channels and guarantee to provide consumer experiences via PUMA e-commerce channel
[Task 1] : E-commerce Operation & Function Development (30%)
- Work with different parties to ensure a smooth process of order fulfilment, packaging, and delivery
- Coordinate & issue tickets for reporting website bugs and enhancements
- Implementation of both global and local E-commerce initiatives and conduct UAT
- Ensure service availability of customer support
- Manage and create personalized ordering experience for consumers
- Operational excellence: logistic, customer services, IT, finance, etc. by collaborating with related partners
- Enhance E-commerce channel features to maximize consumers’ experience[Task 2] : Data & Analytics (20%)
- Work closely with CS & IT team to enrich consumers' data and leverage the data power
- Based on the data, to work out CRM campaigns with E-com MKT team
- KPIs, report setup & follow up
- Basic web analytics[Task 3] : Stakeholder & Project Coordination (30%)
- Align with global and APAC e-commerce teams to localise and execute initiatives for the Korean market
- Manage vendor and agency relationships related to platform, fulfilment, and digital services
- Prepare operational updates and performance summaries for team leadership and HQ reporting[Task 4] : Trouble Shooting (20%)
- Coordinate & issue tickets for reporting website bugs and enhancements
YOUR TALENT
Education : Bachelor’s degree
Professional : 8-10 years of E-Commerce experience in FMCG industry
IT Skills : Experience with aggregator tool (SFSS, EC monitor), Excel (Advanced), Power BI
Experience with Google Analytics a plus.Language Skills : Advanced English
- Participate in global meetings
- Prepare and deliver business emails and reports in English
- Collaborate with overseas teams on cross-functional projects
- Conduct presentations and communicate effectively in English
