Key Responsibilities Program Management & Strategy
  • Lead the end-to-end Employee Referral Program (ERP) across business units and locations
  • Design and implement initiatives to increase referral participation and quality of hires
  • Align referral strategies with hiring demand, ramp requirements, and hard-to-fill roles
  • Continuously improve program processes, policies, and digital workflows
Referral Operations & Governance
  • Oversee referral validation, tracking, and documentation accuracy
  • Ensure proper endorsement channels and submission processes are followed
  • Manage and audit referral bonus eligibility and payout processing per payroll cycle
  • Act as the central POC for employee referral-related queries and escalations

The Assistant Manager – Employee Referral Program is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company’s Employee Referral Program (ERP) as a key talent sourcing channel.
This role focuses on increasing referral conversion, improving stakeholder engagement, ensuring accurate referral validation and payout processing, and delivering data-driven sourcing initiatives to meet hiring targets.
