Assistant Manager, Enterprise & Strategy Performance

Role Purpose

To strengthen MTFA’s enterprise-wide strategic planning and performance governance by

institutionalizing structured systems, dashboards and cross-functional performance

alignment.

The Assistant Manager, ESP will serve as the central integrator between strategy, operations

and governance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Strategy Support

● Support CEO in annual strategic planning and mid-year review cycles.

● Translate organisational priorities into measurable KPIs across clusters.

● Develop business cases for major proposals before Board submission.

● Ensure departmental plans are aligned to organisational goals and strategic direction.

● Identify misalignment, gaps, and implementation risks, and escalate where necessary.

● Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and resource

prioritisation

2. Performance Governance & Reporting

● Establish and maintain enterprise-level performance tracking mechanisms linked to

workplans.

● Monitor key organisational metrics and strategic deliverables across departments.

● Design and maintain enterprise performance dashboards for Council review.

● Standardise council reporting templates and performance tracking frameworks.

● Implement structured submission tracking across departments.

● Ensure alignment between operational reports and strategic objectives.

● Ensure alignment between organisational performance tracking and reporting

frameworks.

● Coordinate with the People & Culture Department to align organisational and

individual performance frameworks.

3. Organisational Development & Systems

● Introduce OKR/KPI alignment process across clusters (pilot phase).

● Streamline cross-department workflows to reduce duplication and manhours.

● Develop structured post-project review framework (lessons learned + performance

metrics).

● Identify automation or digitisation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

● Analyse organisational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement

opportunities.

● Review and enhance systems for tracking workplans and performance.

● Drive automation and digitalisation of reporting workflows (dashboards, trackers).

● Establish SOPs for enterprise performance tracking and reporting.

● Support organisational restructuring, manpower planning, and transformation

initiatives through data.

4. Cross-Functional Integration

● Act as coordination bridge between RevOps, Core Operations, Vital, and Ecosystem

arms.

● Facilitate structured pre-council review meetings to improve quality control.

● Work closely with Department Heads to align workplans and deliverables.

● Support alignment across clusters and functional units.
