Assistant Manager

Title - Operation research Engineer

Location - Bangalore

Basic qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in field of Optimization building Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming models.
2. Experience with commercial solvers like Gurobi, FICO Xpress or IBM CPLEX
3. Programming experience with at least one software programming language. Python preferred
4. Basic knowledge of SQL

Preferred qualifications

1. Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts who may be remote
2. Ability to tackle big, incompletely specified problems and resolve ambiguity in the customer's favor.
3. Ability to drive consensus within a team and influence outcomes in significant technical decision-making.

Bachelors degree in IT or related field. 2-3 years of experience in operational research
