Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced US Statistical Reporting Analyst with hands-on expertise in NAIC statutory and statistical reporting within the US Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate regulatory reports in compliance with NAIC and state-level insurance requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Prepare, analyze, and file NAIC statutory and statistical reports for US insurance entities (Life / P&C / Health, as applicable).
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of annual, quarterly, and supplemental NAIC filings.
  • Support state-specific insurance regulatory filings and respond to regulator queries and data calls.
  • Collaborate with actuarial, finance, underwriting, and data teams to resolve reporting discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with NAIC Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) and evolving regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in audits, internal reviews, and regulatory examinations.
  • Document reporting processes, controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in US NAIC Statistical / Statutory Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of US insurance statistical reporting frameworks and NAIC requirements.
  • Prior experience working in the Insurance domain (P&C, Life, or Health).
  • Proficiency in interpreting NAIC instructions, state regulations, data calls and statutory accounting rules.
  • Experience working with large datasets and financial systems.
