Assistant Manager

The incumbent would be part of System Support and Projects team and shall be responsible for following:

  • Manage multiple markets and systems on Production Support process in JAPA /EMEA & US LAC
  • Manage and deliver on multiple small projects basis customer and organization requirement.
  • Support projects involving new product development, system upgrades and platform changes.
  • Customer, Technology, third party Partner engagement and relationship management.
  • Problem solving and designing solutions for gaps/issues in process
  • Support driving standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives through process improvement suggestions
  • Work in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation and solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives, system upgrades and implementations.
  • Adherence to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms

.Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Time management skills to ensure internal/external expectations are met
  • Internal and external client management
  • For A1 to B1- overall 36 months of experience including one year in EXL
  • Minimum appraisal rating of 3.5 in the appraisal cycle
  • Should not have received a PIP in the last six months
  • Should not have been penalized under any kind of misconduct as defined in the Progressive Disciplinary Policy in the last six months (Please refer to Progressive Disciplinary Policy for further details)
  • Graduate with more than 4 years experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of Travel Business.
  • End to end Travel process knowledge.
  • Understanding of travel systems and their linkages.
  • Technical knowledge on Travel systems would be added advantage.
  • Self starter with ability to work in diverse challenging environment with minimum direction.
  • Good written & verbal Communication, ability to collaborate and influence customers and Business partners.
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Ability to drive results with process and business groups, highly customer-focused and results-oriented
  • Self Starter

MS office/Power Point would be added advantage
