Assistant Manager
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, user guides, API references, process documents, and knowledge base articles. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in technical writing with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation such as product manuals, API documentation, system workflows, technical specifications, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, QA, and support teams to gather information and understand technical concepts.
- Transform complex technical details into clear, concise, user‑friendly content.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visual aids to support documentation.
- Review and edit content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain revision histories and documentation repositories using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, Git, or similar.
Graduation/Master/BE/B-Tech 5 - 8 Years of exprience
