What you'll be doing <\/span><\/span><\/b>

As an Assistant Manager \u2013 Finance, you will be a key\nmember of the core finance team supporting the financial operations of a\nhigh\-volume B2C fintech business. You will own book closure, coordinate with\nstatutory and internal auditors, support investor and regulatory due diligence,\nand ensure robust tax compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Book Closing & Financial\nReporting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Own the end\-to\-end monthly, quarterly, and annual\nbook closing process and perform reconciliation of accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare MIS reports \u2013 P&L, balance sheet, cash\nflow and maintain accurate GL records and ensure adherence to Ind AS standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Statutory & Internal Audit<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors for quarterly reviews and annual\n audit; support internal audits covering reconciliations and fraud\n provisions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare financial statements, disclosures and workpapers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Track audit observations and drive timely closure with product,\n tech, and ops teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Due Diligence<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Prepare historical financials, loan book summaries, cohort data,\n and key metrics for investor/lender queries.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Coordinate DD responses across investors and co\-lending partners;\n liaise with legal, compliance, and secretarial teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Tax Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

      <\/span><\/span><\/div>
      File GST returns (GSTR\-1, 3B, 9) and manage TDS filing; support\n advance tax workings, ITR filing, and reconcile GST ITC ledgers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      What you'll need<\/span><\/span><\/b>

      \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Qualified\nChartered Accountant; 0\-2 years post\-qualification experience.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong working knowledge of Ind AS,\nCompanies Act 2013, GST Act, and Income Tax Act.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Articleship with a CA firm or industry\nexposure in BFSI / fintech / consumer tech is preferred.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in MS Excel; experience\nwith ERP tools (Tally & Zoho Books) preferred.
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of data analytics tools\n(SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is desirable but not mandatory.
