Assistant Manager - Finance - Contract Logistics
• Should perform scrutiny of the Cost Ledger on monthly basis.
• Should perform scrutiny of the cost booked in Operations application on monthly basis.
• Review reconciliation of vendor ledger with books on quarterly basis
• Prepare MIS tracker of all the cost with the details, vendor wise, location wise, service wise etc.
• Analysis and identification of reasons for the variance in actual against forecast and budget.
• Perform audit and verification of expense claims raised by the employees
• Should assist in statutory audit and interna audit with schedules
• Should be preparing annual budgets
