Objective:<\/b>
<\/p>- Deliver domain\-specific training in design\-related areas.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Build trainee capability in furniture design, interior design, product design, materials, design thinking, and project\-based learning.
<\/li> - Ensure trainees gain industry\-relevant creative and technical design skills.
<\/li><\/ul>Key Responsibilities (KRA):<\/b>
<\/div>- Conduct training sessions on design fundamentals, furniture design, interior design, and product design.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Train students in concept development, sketching, visualization, ergonomics, materials, finishes, and presentation techniques.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Guide trainees in preparing mood boards, technical drawings, layouts, models, prototypes, and portfolios.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support project\-based learning and industry\-oriented design assignments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain training records and submit trainee progress reports.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with academic, technical, and workshop teams for smooth training delivery.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/pre>Key Skills Required:<\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>- Strong knowledge of design principles, aesthetics, form, function, and ergonomics.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Understanding of furniture, interior, or product design processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, joinery basics, and manufacturing considerations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to explain design concepts clearly and practically.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Good communication, presentation, mentoring, and feedback skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software will be preferred.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Educational Qualification:<\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s Degree / Diploma in Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related discipline.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Work Experience:<\/b>
<\/p>- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in design, furniture design, interior design, product design, or related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Prior training, teaching, workshop, or mentoring experience will be preferred.
