Assistant Manager, Group Corporate Events
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagements. The role involves managing event logistics, budgets, registrations, venue and vendor negotiations, programme development, F&B arrangements, and post-event reporting. The incumbent is expected to lead multiple projects concurrently, build and maintain strategic partnerships, conduct research on industry trends and relevant content, and support the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence in both English and Malay.
The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about delivering high-quality events, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
