Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead HR digital transformation projects and drive HRMS implementation, enhancement, and adoption
β’ Review, streamline, and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability
β’ Analyse HR data and metrics to support workforce planning and business decisions
β’ Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding
β’ Develop hiring strategies to attract and engage quality talent
β’ Support onboarding, employee engagement, and employee experience initiatives
β’ Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
Requirements
β
Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field
β
3-5 years of HR experience with exposure to HR technology and digital transformation initiatives
β
Experience in HRMS implementation, enhancement, or optimisation major plus
β
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
