  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunication.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backups to proactively address potential risks and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide training and guidance to hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications, and security best practices.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Manage IT inventory, including software licenses, hardware assets, and consumables, ensuring accurate records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related contracts and support.
  • Expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
