Role Purpose<\/span>
<\/h3>

To lead and\nexecute Instrumentation\n& Automation<\/span><\/b> scope for project activities at site, ensuring timely\ncompletion, safe execution, proper documentation, and commissioning readiness<\/span><\/b>,\nwith strong coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and execute instrumentation installation works<\/span><\/b> at site (field\ninstruments, impulse/sampling lines as applicable, junction boxes, panels,\ncabling, terminations) as per approved drawings and project plan<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate and support automation system implementation<\/span><\/b> (PLC/SCADA/HMI or\nequivalent) including IO planning, integration support, and readiness for\nstart\-up<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive testing & commissioning readiness<\/span><\/b> for\ninstrumentation/automation (calibration, loop checks, functional checks, signal\nverification) and close punch points<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with PMC and Project Consultant<\/span><\/b> for scope clarity,\ndrawing clarifications, site queries, and timely closure of observations<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with vendors/service providers for manpower planning,\nmaterial readiness, execution sequencing, and completion commitments<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain and control site documentation<\/span><\/b> (calibration records, test\nsheets, checklists, approvals, as\-built markups, handover documents) required\nfor smooth commissioning/handover<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support internal user department<\/span><\/b> during pre\-commissioning\nand start\-up to ensure stable operation and issue closure<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with Purchase team<\/span><\/b> for technical inputs\n(specifications, scope confirmation, technical evaluation support), delivery\nfollow\-up, and documentation needed for procurement closure<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with Finance team<\/span><\/b> for bill processing/payment follow\-up\nby ensuring required supporting documents (measurements/work completion\nconfirmations/approvals) are ready as per process<\/span>
