[What the role is]

Assistant Manager, Land Sale (Public)

Implement sales, regulatory and administrative activities to facilitate the transfer and sale of land for social, economic development and proper administration of State titles.

[What you will be working on]

  • Process applications for transfer and / or sale of State Land, based on policies and guidelines

  • Review existing policies and formulate new land policies relating to land transfer / sale

  • Liaise with agencies and landowners / applicants on land betterment and lease administration matters

  • Develop / implement communication plans and responses to manage stakeholders

  • Assess non-routine / complex enquiries, feedback and appeals in respect of land transfer/sale or leases administration

  • Propose suitable solutions and seek buy-in to address and resolve cases / issues promptly

  • Ensure timely issuance of State / supplemental titles

  • Conduct proper updating / filing of land records to support good corporate governance

[What we are looking for]

  • Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real Estate

  • Strong stakeholders' management skills

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical and meticulous skills
