Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing 數位行銷副理
Purpose of Role
Manage all online marketing campaigns and social media initiatives for the hotel. Plan and execute marketing campaigns at property level.
The core function of this role is to optimize all online marketing tools, execute advertising campaign, manage CRM system, and create contents for all online channels (including but not limited to brand websites, social media channels, and third party platforms)
Key responsibility is to drive hotel revenue and overall marketing performance, and support E-commerce & Digital Services Manager on e-commerce side.
Responsibly Description
- Create individual marketing plans for the hotel to drive revenue across all online segments. Work with Marcom team, B&F team, and other departments to ensure smooth executions.
- Be the champion of all Social media channels (facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, LINE, etc )
- Write creative contents/copy and create assets in different formats (photo, IG stories, and video clips)
- Execute online advertising campaigns and Key word campaigns
- Explore innovative communications channels and new platforms
- Monitor Marriott/W Hotels’ major marketing channels, sister properties’ channels, and competitors’ channels to understand all the current activities.
- Audit third party online platforms, including Klook, EZtable, Funnow and more
- Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis on digital marketing performance, share results with concerned departments.
- Work with media agency on media buying and posting
- Scout for key opinion leaders (KOL) and influencers, building relationships for possible collaborations
- Support regional digital marketing team
