1. Purpose

Responsible for designing processes and aligning technology to support E-Retail operations and ensure qualitative alignment and implementation of these new process to support E-Retail operations
|

· Drive adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Execution Excellence for E Retail(e.g. On-time delivery performance, Transit times, net service levels, SLAH, RTO reduction, timely connectivity onto the network, reduction in errors etc) · Drive safety and security of all E Tail shipments in the location · Drive timely, accurate and profitable delivery of shipments to customers · Ensure they meet their MOO targets · Ensure adherence to service quality levels set forth for the location
