The Assistant Manager \u2013 Operations (ERP) will oversee ERP\-driven operational processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The role involves leading ERP\-related activities, supporting system improvements, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline business operations.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>:<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Oversee and manage day\-to\-day operations using ERP systems<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and system updates<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Supervise invoicing, billing, and basic accounting processes through ERP<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with cross\-functional teams for workflow execution and issue resolution<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support ERP implementation, customization, and continuous improvement initiatives<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Generate and analyze reports to track operational performance<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes and compliance standards<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain ERP documentation, records, and best practices<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members/users<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    Required Skills & Competencies<\/b>:<\/span>
    <\/span><\/div>
    • 4\u20135 years of experience in ERP operations/support roles<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Hands\-on experience with Zoho applications (Books, CRM, Inventory) and Tally (Tally Prime/ERP)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong analytical and data management skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good leadership, communication, and coordination abilities<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Problem\-solving mindset with strong attention to detail<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      Qualifications<\/b>:<\/span>

      Graduation (B.Sc / BCA / Any Degree or equivalent)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/div>
      ERP or Tally certification is an added advantage<\/span>
