Assistant Manager, Operations & Technology (1 year contract)

Support internal IT needs:

  • Primary point of contact for end-user computing – user on/off boarding, troubleshooting, and training
  • Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Office, Teams, Exchange, Azure AD, etc)
  • Monitoring of FFH users/endpoints operational security and compliance via Microsoft Intune
  • Manage Microsoft Defender (phishing, malware, risky sign‑ins), implement Safe Links, Safe Attachments, and security hardening, investigate alerts and suspicious activities
  • First level support for office network (Corp & Guest wi-fi networks, router admin, VPN admin)
  • Procurement/management of IT assets such as laptops and mobile devices
  • Liaise with and manage 3rd party IT software/hardware/services vendors
  • Support and troubleshoot audio visual equipment such as projectors, AV systems.
  • Support with regular IT subscriptions invoice reviewing and payment process
  • Ad hoc support on internal FFH IT projects

Support internal Operations needs:

  • Premises and physical security – CCTV and access card system monitoring and administration
  • Business Continuity measures planning and execution
  • Ad hoc support on internal FFH Operational/Admin initiatives
