Requirements<\/h3>

Coordinate and lead end\-to\-end vendor\ncompliance audits<\/span>.<\/span>
<\/p>

Interpret and ensure adherence to labour\nand statutory regulations<\/span> across various states.<\/span>
<\/p>

Supervise vendor documentation checks, exception handling, and audit\nclosure.<\/span>
<\/p>

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive corrective actions<\/span> and process improvements.<\/span>
<\/p>

Prepare, manage and analyze audit data, reports, and dashboards.<\/span>
<\/p>

Attending client and vendors\nmeetings, reviews, and reporting<\/span> with actionable insights.<\/span>
<\/p>

Assist in training, mentoring junior team members and building audit\nframeworks.<\/span>
