We are seeking a driven and detail\-oriented Assistant Manager to support\nand strengthen our Vendor Audit Services function.<\/span> The role involves overseeing audit processes, vendor evaluations, statutory\ncompliance checks, and supporting client deliverables.<\/span> The ideal candidate must be well\-versed in labour laws, compliance\ntracking systems, and vendor risk assessment.<\/span> Coordinate and lead end\-to\-end vendor\ncompliance audits<\/span>.<\/span> Interpret and ensure adherence to labour\nand statutory regulations<\/span> across various states.<\/span> Supervise vendor documentation checks, exception handling, and audit\nclosure.<\/span> Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive corrective actions<\/span> and process improvements.<\/span> Prepare, manage and analyze audit data, reports, and dashboards.<\/span> Attending client and vendors\nmeetings, reviews, and reporting<\/span> with actionable insights.<\/span> Assist in training, mentoring junior team members and building audit\nframeworks.<\/span>
