Objective of Job\:

To effectively execute procurement activities including sourcing strategy, supplier management, contract management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives while driving cost efficiency, value creation, and operational excellence across all procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities\:

Sourcing & Execution

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for high-spend and critical categories
  • Lead negotiation processes with suppliers on commercial terms and conditions
  • Drive sourcing projects to meet internal requirements and optimize company benefits
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through analysis and volume bundling

Supplier Management

  • Design and implement supplier management strategies and initiatives
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on KPIs
  • Drive supplier innovation and continuous improvement
  • Identify and develop new suppliers

Contract Management

  • Establish and manage contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Review and maintain validity of procurement agreements
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual terms

Sourcing Compliance

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and guidelines
  • Conduct supplier due diligence and financial risk assessment
  • Support implementation of internal control systems (IMS)

Management Reporting

  • Monitor and generate reports from procurement systems
  • Provide insights to support decision-making
